Members of the GSA Senate are required to serve on at least one committee throughout their tenure. These committees allow members of the Senate more hands-on involvement in the running of GSA and can be of either a temporary or permanent nature. Committee meetings take place as part of the regularly scheduled Senate meetings.
The following committees are currently/soon to be active within the Senate:
- Allocations Committee
- Events Committee
- Academic and Professional Development Committee
Senate meetings will be conducted under the rules of parliamentary procedure (see “Roberts Rules of Order”)
